HPF “Fertilizer Bags” Are Educational and Free!
Developed by Healthy Plants Foundation, these 12” x 15” bags are designed to inspire curiosity about plant health, nutrition, and sustainable agriculture when filled with educational materials, seeds, and resources gathered at agricultural days or plant health events. The bag itself is an engaging educational tool, introducing students, educators, and community members to the fundamentals of plant nutrition; including what the three numbers on a fertilizer label mean. Healthy soil, the foundation of a thriving food system, is also presented on the bag. Send Your Requests to: grants@healthyplants.org. Include the date and title of the event, contact name and phone number, quantity requested, a UPS shipping address, and a brief description of how these bags will be used and which youth audience served. Quantities are limited and will be provided exclusively to programs dedicated to educating youth about plant health, nutrition, and agriculture.
